A purveyor of premium meat since 1945, we embrace the old and new by leveraging on traditional techniques and perfecting our Original 1945 Bakkwa with modern day expertise. After much research, we have found that fusing pork jowl and loin produces the most succulent of dried yet juicy meat. Using apple and lychee wood in the smoking process and barbecued meticulously over a charcoal masonry, our meat is marinated with 36 spices for a month to bring you an experience you’ll never forget.
